Surge did not record excercise

Have started the hike exercise manually and with gps. After a 2.5 hour hike i have pressed the finish button and saw the whole summary of a hike. But in dashboard there is no info about the hike. It did record my distance, calories and floors, but not as an excersise. Syncing works fine, have restarted fitbit, have also checked the www dashboard, but there is no info about my hike. help pls.

Hey there, @Karolis! Welcome to the Family. Thanks for trying the restart on your Surge.

 

Thanks for confirming that the syncing functionality is working fine. In that case, I'd suggest restarting your Fitbit one more time, then forget your Fitbit Surge from the Bluetooth and from the Fitbit App; so you can set  it up as a new device. If this doesn't work, please let me know so we can see the next step.
