Surge display not swiping

I need to turn off my surge to attempt to get surge to reset but I'm not sure how. Any help would be great

Hi @Stephyjo2011

 

Press and hold the left and bottom right button on the Surge together until the screen begins to fade.. when the screen fades, release the buttons. When the screen is blank.. wait about 10 seconds before turning the Surge on.
