I have a Fitbit surge that I’ve only used about a year and a half. It’s still in perfect condition. But a blue light has popped up on the side and it won’t reset and go away. Literally, the only advice Fitbit has to offer me is that I need a new one because mine is defective.  That is not an okay answer Fitbit!!! I dont appreciate you wasting my time and money!!!!

his also proves why Apple Watch is superior

The Surge is no longer sold being replaced by the Ionic.

@KTraesunshine that is your opinion, I know of several that have given up on the AW simply because Apple tries to cram to many functions, others went with Fitbit simply because Apple refuses to support Android. Really. why is this?

Personally with all the games played and restrictions Apple puts on their product. Replace a power switch or a second hand true Apple screen will bike the iOS phone. Come on Apple?

Apple is far from supper opt and thats why world wide they are losing to android. Yes I don't have a high reward for apple because of their tactics.
