Surge has bit the dust

My surge has been great  for the past 3 years but it seems when they decide to die, they die a quick death. Here are the issues:

1. No swiping

2. Battery life is only a few hours

3. No syncing

4. Displays incorrect time

5. Strap is cracked underneath

Does anyone have any suggestions or is there no hope at this point?  The strap has been an issue for a while but the rest started recently culminating with the battery running out last night and now after a recharge it won't sync or display the correct time zone.  Since I can't swipe there is no way to get to the Bluetooth settings on the watch. Frustrating. Ive tried restarting it, but I don't know of anything else to try.  I'd like a watch to last longer than this.

Thanks

Mine is about the same. Had it for almost 3 years and just the past week it’s battery life is about half the day, it’s coutning steps while I’m not wearing it and isn’t charging while it’s plugged in. I know quite a few people who have had the Garmin for years without issues so I may go back to that brand.
