Hello everyone! Couple of days ago there were lines on my Fitbit Surge Watch's screen. Two days later, my watch is not opening at all. Is this a battery issue or something else? Your advise will be highly appreciated. Please help!!

@Sanjib The Surge is an older model device and was discontinued in 2017. Your description sounds like a battery failure. If you have the skills and equipment, you can replace a Surge battery. There are videos on YouTube that have instructions.
