White line after being on charge

Ok should have had About 30% power but my screen just went blank today.

Put it on charge but after 30 minutes just get white line on the screen.

It's about 4 or 5 years old.

Just to add the Fitbit is still counting my steps just with a blank screen.

Thank you for the link. I searched on the forum earlier and seems a recurring issue .tried the resets but looks like my screen has died but has lasted longer than others.
