Surge incorrect counting and charging issues

My surge was bought end of December it's started needing charged every couple of days and counting my walking round at work which is flat as flights of stairs. Starting to wish I had just stayed with the flex and I had. Any help please ?

Floors will be counted if its cold or Windy.

 

But do a restart and see if it helps.
