Surge keeps ending exercise

Quite a few times when I am using Surge in 'walk' mode and I pause the Surge, while I rest, see to the dog etc, and when I go to restart it, the Fitbit has ended the exercise altogether.  So my walk today was split into 3 segments as it stopped twice! Should it really be doing this??

Hi there @SunsetRunner! That's sounds strange. Is this the first time that you're having issues with this feature? Is this happening with other exercise? Surge doesn't have an automatic recognition to end activities, so it should be waiting for you to end it up, so restart your Surge and let me know if you're still having issues, answering those questions. Robot Happy

 

If you notice that it happens too often, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support, they will be happy to help you out!
