Why does the Surge not have some of the functionality that other products have? E.g. Interval training and sleep stages
Seems strange given Surge was sold to me as premier product in Fitbit range.
I'm considering moving away from Fitbit completely as result
moderators - please don't patronise me with sycophantic reply, just tell me a good reason why the Surge is getting left behind

The Fitbit Surge has already been discontinued; there are very compelling rumors the replacement device will be sort of a superset of the old Surge and the latest Blaze (plus several more new goodies) and it will be called the Ionic Smartwatch.

Thanks for your reply.
This is really disappointing from Fitbit!
So I have a Fitbit product less than a year old that is obsolete- when purchasing product no information was available from Fitbit on the pending discontinuation
