Surge multiple issues

I have had my fitbit surge for 4 months and it has recently starting to act up (within last 2 weeks)

Issues:

1.)The active Run GPS wont find a signal. 

2.) Fitbit wont sync to app due to Bluetooth not staying connected

3.) Battery use to last 2-3 days, now only last 1 day at best. I have used the active workout tracker every day so nothing has changed to cause this issue.

4.) when Fitbit is plugged into charger, it will start and stop charging every few seconds. Seems like the connection is poor.

Sorry no help just wanted to say ive had mine 2 months and have same issues its a piece of crap !!

Hey

I called Fitbit after posting and they are sending a replacement free of charge. I had 5 months of great use before mine messed up and now I'm really happy that they have great customer service!! The rep told me that it could have been the way I was charging mine. I had been plugging into wall some with an usb wall adapter and/or charging all night on my computer. According to the rep you should only charge for 2 hours on a computer (no wall- to much power comes from walk outlets). Hope you get your worked out as well.

Thanks, I have been charging mine via the wall socket so it's probably that ! Thanks for the reply Woman Happy
