I am struggling as well!!! All month long in order to get to synch I have to: turn on/off bluetooth, on/off location, be on wifi, uninstall & reinstall Surge, typically connect surge to my laptop. Seems ridiculous to have all these steps EVERY time I use my watch!!! Worked yesterday after 40min of dinking with it, app is UTD & today same effin' drama. Plus fitbit no longer seems to respond to direct tweets on Twitter!! What the heck?!?

I also struggle with my watch. Not connected to the phone, I have already installed the program again, and then removed the device from the application. Right now my phone doesn't recognize the tracker. I am thinking that Bluetooth is broken or centrally disabled? ... Unfortunately, no other device can see it.
