All month long in order to get to synch I have to: turn on/off bluetooth, on/off location, be on wifi, uninstall & reinstall Surge, typically connect surge to my laptop. Seems ridiculous to have all these steps EVERY time I use my watch!!! Worked yesterday after 40min of dinking with it, app is UTD & today same effin' drama. Plus fitbit no longer seems to respond to direct tweets on Twitter!! What the heck?!?
Best AnswerI also struggle with my watch. Not connected to the phone, I have already installed the program again, and then removed the device from the application. Right now my phone doesn't recognize the tracker. I am thinking that Bluetooth is broken or centrally disabled? ... Unfortunately, no other device can see it.
