On 11/7/18 my Fitbit app on my laptop stopped loading. It just shuts down when trying to load. And now my Fitbit app on my phone stopped syncing, so now my Surge is 100% useless to me. Thanks Fitbit! I think I've had enough of these technical issues over the years! Time to move on!

Have you done a restart as it normally fixes the problem
Do it at least 3 times.

For the laptop is the dongle plunged in? or are you using win10 to sync?
