Surge not charging

Around May or June of last year I emailed the company about my original Surge just turning off or it would go into reset mode and have the little diamond on the screen for a hour or more then turn off so they replaced it in August. . . Now my replacement surge is not holding a charge after being on the charger 12 plus hours. . . Has anybody else had these type of issues
