Surge not charging

I'm outraged. Is my 4th Surge (3 spare replacement units) and this is a tottal disaster.

1st Surge, band borken

2nd & 3rd buttons not workin

4th surge with a bubble in the band, and now is not charging.

 

I don't want any explanation on this. I want my money back or a new model (not a Surge) for replacement. This is a shame, 4 units with different issues? Seriouslyu? No way.

 

My warranty is near to end, and don't want a new Surge because it will die in 3 or 4 months.

 

Money back or new model.
