Up until I loved getting call and texts notifications. It's not doing that now. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @Raindawg44! If you're not getting call notifications, you should check out the troubleshoot provided here. You can also try turning off the notifications directly from your Surge by pressing the home button> search for settings> search "Notifications" and turn them off. After that you can restart your tracker and check out if that works.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

I had a problem with this when I changed phones. Make sure bluetooth is enabled on your phone (yes, obvious thing to check but worth a mention). Check the settings on the surge itself to make sure 'bluetooth classic' is set to on. Then go into your phone's bluetooth settings and make sure you can see that your phone is paired with your surge. Also, in the fitbit app, go into the surge settings and, in the notifications section, make sure call and text notifications are enabled.

That *should* be all that's required.
