My surge charges perfectly but after less than 2 hours it's totally drained have done all suggested but still nothing.

This is an old, out of production tracker. It may very well be the battery is failing. They don't last forever....

The battery.

Try to replace it.

But bear in mind that it is very unlikely to restore the previous battery performance as with the original battery.
