Morning I have a fitbit surge (second time) the first let water in. I went on holiday and then noticed that the time and date was wrong not uk or spain and tried to snych it which didnt work. Ive then done a soft reset home and bottom right button. didnt work. ive switched it off via settings after which it wouldnt come back on. For some reason now it wont find it on bluetooth on any device laptop phone or tablet. Ive then used the lead however it still wont find the surge. Ive then tried to remove the device and set it up again on each device however i now just get the fitbit logo on the surge nothing else. On the install i get to the link code but that will not show on the surge. Ive tried everything its obviously the surge as ive deleted and re-installed the app on each device with no success. Tried with the lead and also Bluetooth but cant find the surge on any device over Bluetooth. Ive been looking on the forum it would appear there's issues with the marshmallow android version of the app however ive also tried it on my windows 10 pc so clearly not that. What next ??? This is my second watch I'm a bit disappointed that a supposed premium model has so many problems. Thanks Nick

I managed to get mine to sync to my iPhone.
It appears that the tracker will not sync because it's time is so different to the actual time in the phone.
I turned off my iPhone automatic time, set it to match the tracker, then synced.
This still appears to fail but goes further.
I then set the correct time in the iPhone, synced again and the tracker corrected the time and works for the first time in a month.
