I performed an update to the fitbit app on my computer. Once complete I updated a few settings on line for my Surge device. A few minutes later when I looked at my watch, it was shut off and will not turn back on. Has my device crashed and is no longer functional? I tried to plug it in to see if the power drained down but that was not the case. Is there anything I can do, or is it time to upgrade?
