Surge not syncing to Pc

 My I phone is down.  I have the dongle plugged in to my PC.  My Surge is not syncing.  Is there a button on fitbit dot come to initiate a sync?

If you have windows 10 you need to download the app to sync.

If not you need to download the software and install it
