Surge not syncing to mobile

I have been using fb surge for the last 2 years.  It has been perfectly fine.  After Jan 11th I have not been able to sync my activities to my tracker.  It states " Tracker not found ". The support team states my phone OPPO A37f is not a compatible device. But this was working perfectly fine until 11th.  Tried everything possible but it doesn't work.  Does anyone have any suggestions that can help??

A mí me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo con el mío sobre las mismas fechas y todavía nadie me ha sabido responder el porqué
