Surge not syncing

I only sync with my MacBook Air, and it's really hit and miss as to when it decided to actually find my tracker. Is someone please able to tell me how to fix this? It's proving qutite inconvenient...

Thank you for joining us @JaneJaymes! I'll be happy to help you with this. If you're using a mobile device, I recommend making sure it is on the list of comapatible devices. You also need to make sure, you're using the same email address, a typo make a big difference.

 

Once you're ready to try to set up your tracker again proceed with a restart and the continue witht the set up process. (iOS, Android, Windows phone)
