Surge not syncing

Recentmy, I have had issues with my surge not syncing. I know it is not a issue with my phone.  The surge is not sending any Bluetooth signal.

The first thing to try would be a restart of your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work.
