Surge not tracking correct sleep time

It doesn't track the right sleep time, it's 5 hours ahead (exactly). This affects my other health data apps that sync with the Fitbit. The time on the Surge, itself, is correct. Ideas?

Hey @SMK4981, welcome to the Community! Smiley Very Happy When you say that the sleep time is 5 hours ahead, do you mean that, when you sync, does it show that you went to sleep to a different time? If that is the case, maybe you just need to restart your Surge so it records your sleep time correctly.

Just follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

If you have trouble restarting your tracker, just hold down the buttons for a longer time; don't release them until you see the screen get significantly dimmer.

Let me know if that works. Smiley Wink
