Surge not tracking my run trails

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello, my Surge has stopped to show the run trail on the dashboard. Runs get recorded but results show only time and calories, not distance & run trail. My wife's surge shows the run trails, same as mine used to, and I can't find any difference in the settings (I haven't changed settings in my surge in the first place). I would appreciate a hint how I can get back to see distance & run trail. Thanks.

Hello, hello, hello my friend @pastorp! Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums. Cat Happy

If your Surge is still having issues recording your trails, please restart your Surge a couple of times. Then the next time that you use the option "Run" make sure your Surge GPS is connecting appropriately. Surge will search for a GPS signal and vibrate when it is found. If a signal isn't found within a few seconds, a Quick Start option appears so you can start your activity immediately while Surge keeps looking for the signal. You can check more information about why GPS doesn't  connect properly in our help site or you can let me know if you have any other question.

I'll be around, please keep me posted!  Smiley Happy
