Hi can someone please help ever since new update I can't get into call and message notification on my phone it was working fine upuntil last night when I got a new update it is just telling me I have to put notifications on on my device. I put it on and nothing happens and then within a few minutes it turns itself back off please please help cheers

I have followed the steps about 5 times it has only happened since the last update when I press on call and text notification a picture comes up with a phone and a watch and it says "turn on device notification, fitbit needs access to your notifications so that your phone can sendupdates to your devive" i can't do anything on that screen and my notification is on on my surge.
