How in New Zealand can I get it replaced?

Thanks for getting back to me. But as I am in New Zealand I cannot phone anyone. And I don't want to wait 5-8 days for a reply via email or Twitter!! Is there not a phone number for New Zealand customer service? I use this every day and want to get it sorted$

When customer service is open, the odds the option for online chat, and then there also is twitter. How about skype?

Ah I will try the online chat - I didn't see an option there for that. I have tried Twitter but that says up to 3 days to reply.

Remember the online chat option only appears when CS is availible.
