Very disappointed in the surge quality. I received it as a gift last year and it build condensation up on the screen. Fitbit replaced it and now the replacement watch has condensation, will not swipe and looks like the screen is cracked. They will not replace it because the original Surge it is a month out of warranty. Well this replacement watch is not a year old yet so it should still be under warranty. Looking at all the posts I agree the product is defective. For the cost of the surge I should not have had to replace it twice. I will not be buying another fitbit if they can not stand behind their products.
