I suspect this will have been raised already. Needed to lose some weight, my wife bought the cheaper Alta and the reminders are brilliant so I decided to buy the surge just expecting it would have all the basic features of the cheaper version and it doesn't which is really stupid. Does anyone know if this is to be sorted with a software update, if not it's going back. Thank you.

Are you talking about the "reminder to move" notifications on the Alta?

 

If so, fitbit have said that these will be rolled out to the Blaze but haven't said anything about other fitbits. If it's important to you then I guess back it goes.

Thank you for coming back to me. Yes I was. I bought the surge, typical ! As I'm not very active (yet) it would be really good to have and I just assumed it would as its their flagship model apparently. Shame really as the one my wife has is really good but really famine and would look daft on me. I will send it back and find something else. Thanks again. I hope Fitbit read these though.
