Surge replacenent band

where can I get a replacement band. My band is starting to crack, which is causing sweat to get in and I can't clean properly. I think this is causing irritation. The irritation is only in the spot where the cracks are! Thanks!

Fitbit didn't design the Surge band to be easily replaceable. If you are still within warranty then fitbit normally replace the entire Surge for these types of problems. The warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe) and you can contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

If you are not within warranty then it may be worth looking into the replacement bands that can be found on eBay or Amazon. They do take some DIY skills but there are videos on YouTube that help explain the process.

@Mrs_lewis2014 Amazon sells replacement bands for the Surge. They're about $20 USD. YouTube has videos showing how to. The original bands appear to fail no matter what you do. You may have better luck with the aftermarket.
