Surge screen gone blank

 Fitbit Surge's screen has gone blank from yesterday while its battery still have charge of more than half. When I press the button, it came back for a moment then again it got blank

Hi, @ajay30, have you tried giving your Surge a restart?  That can sort out many problems.  You are usually advised to try this 3 times, as a single restart does not always work.

 

If after trying the restart 3 times you are still having this problem, then I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  They can let you know what further options there are.
