My Fitbit is a few years old. Recently it started showing weird lines across the screen. I reset it but it didn’t help. If I press down on the screen or lightly tap it it will clear up temporarily. Please help me fix this problem. I love my Fitbit.

@Creolegal it sounds like your cable internally isn't making a precise connection. This can often be resolved by removing and reinserting the cable. Sometimes, the LiPo battery in the Surge will get puffy with age and can press against the display causing this problem. In some cases when I've encountered what you've described it was simply reattaching the cable to remedy, other times, a battery replacement was required and resulted in a significant bonus upgrade! 🤓
