Surge screen no longer working.

Hello support and community, 

I've had my surge for just over 2 years and it's been great. However last weekend the screen went off, they is no display but I do sometimes get a grey background glow. I look through the forums and tried the things they have advised, resetting / resyncing and so on but this hasn't had any effect. I have removed it from my dashboard, thinking I could reconnect it, but I was required to enter the code that was displayed on the surge, however I couldn't as it had no display! It not been dropped, knocked, bashed nor drowned. Can't anyone assistant if they is something I can do, or somewhere I can go, so I can get my surge back?

My guess it is RIP at this point. It is out of warranty but contact support and see what they can do for you
