Surge steps count issue

Hi,

I jus thought my surge 1 weeks ago and find that when I am in bus, subway, surge do counts steps and extremely fast as well ?

Is there anyway to solve as it makes extremely inaccurate for steps count.

When I do the test, I walk normal. My arm is hanging down and swinging. Once I count 100 steps, I then look at my Fitbit.
