Surge stopped pairing

I have had my surge since Christmas and it usually pairs OK with my HTC m8 . Now my surge keeps rejecting my phone . My phone keeps saying its due to an incorrect passkey, but my surge isn't showing the passkey screen anymore. I have tried rebooting both devices multiple times. I have tried unpairing and repairing.

You have to install the new update on app.

Welcome to our Community @dstib2 @janne.j! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley HappyI noticed @janne.j  was pretty kind and provided you with a great suggestion. I'd like you to know that now beginning in mid-May 2016, Fitbit will no longer provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices. Recently, Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning properly in the Fitbit app for Android on the HTC One M8 device. The focus of our efforts moving forward will be to provide MobileTrack on a larger number of newer Android mobile devices.
