Sadly, straps cannot be replaced. You cannot just walk in to a repair shop and get new FitBit surge straps.
You get a new surge sent to you like I got one.
As long as FitBit is ok to send new Surges for cracked belts, who am I to complain?

I got my surge as a christmas present, it will be 3 months old tomorrow and yesterday I discovered a crack in the band at the screw. Hence me coming on here looking if there had been similar issues.
Pretty poor design and cant see the point in the screws if the stap cannot be replaced.
