Fitbit Surge was working perfectly fine all day. Then tonight as I went to sync on my app, noticed it wouldn't sync. Upon looking at the watch, the screen with the arrow logo was and has been permanently on it since.
I have tried to restart by holding down the left and bottom right button as per the instructions on the site. No luck.
Please help.

Hi @takedown0022! Nice to see you in the Forums. If this is the first time that you have this issues, I'd suggest restarting your Surge and try to force sync your Surge. Make sure that both your phone and App are updated, since we just have a new update for the Fitbit App. Which one is the model of phone you're using?

I have the same issue and when I tried turn off the device, the arrow reappears as soon as I release the right and lower left button. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

@PinoyBit; @YojanaFitbit Try draining the battery to zero. This would be about 24 hours after the screen has gone blank. Once that has occurred, recharge then restart. This should solve the problem. Good luck!

I've tried both of those things. I've restarted it several times and it's still stuck. when I try to force sync it, it says it can't find my device.

Thanks for trying those steps! As it is your tracker the one is not being recognized multiple restarts might help, but not sure if this fix the problem. I noticed you contact our Support Team as I was trying to get more options with them. Sorry, you had issues with this one, hope you get back on track soon! Let me know if you need anything else.
