My computer died. I bought a new one. When I sync my surge to my new one a message appears "this device is paired with another computer" I do not have the other computer. I have uninstalled & reinstalled all Fitbit parts base station, app's. I have reset my surge. I have updated & restarted my computer several times. When I try to sync it, searches. After a few tries it finds the surge & synchs.I can not get the update to download to my tracker. It gets mostly complete & then says the download was incomplete. I can not get the update to download to my tracker. Downloaded programs
I had checked on this before & finally I got it to synch after doing the above repeatedly. I can not get it to synch again.

Sorry posted before I was finished. If I can get Fitbit unpaired from my surge I'll be able to add it to my new computer. Thank you for your help.
