Surge time not syncing in display screen help pls.

Left Australia couple of days ago and changed my time zone to Bahrain and did the nessary changes in Advanced Settings, still my time on display is showing OZ time. Three days has passed and nothing has worked. Pls help.

I did that and now it's telling me forbidden error when I put the number shown on my surge to set it up again!
