I have been having a recurring issue with my surge and it seems to be getting worse.
I travel all over the USA for my work and mu Surge seems to be struggling to keep up with time zone changes. While my phone is correct when I land my surge is wrong. I have tried forcing a shutdown of my surge and in the past that usually gooses the surge into getting the correct time but not always, sometimes it seems to fix itself 12 or 24 hours later.
Also, in my trouleshooting of this issue I am finding the surge restart process by holding down the left and lower right buttons does not work. I've tried holding them for for over 30 seconds the screen does not dim or shut off.
This is a serious problem because I can't rely on my surge for time or more importantly my alarms.
Anyone else had this problem and resolved it?
