Hello,
I am using a Fitbit Surge since december 2016.
Until now everything was ok.
But 1 week ago the screen has started to be partially updated.
Numbers of time are superimposed thus the display becomes ugly or illegible.
And since yesterday the touch screen won't work at all.
So I can't switch off the watch and can't change any mode.
I tried several times the hard reboot left button + bottom right button 15/20 secondes wait 10 secondes before restarting as mentioned here :
But as mentioned it should be a "Faulty Hardware" issue. It tried to contact the support by using the url but it redirect me on a twitter account that doesn't answer to me.
So what does Fitbit provides in case of hardware failure ?
Do you have an authorized center for this type of repair ?
As it is a gift I unfortunately do not have the invoice.
Moreover, the model was purchased in december 2016, thus It's over the 2 years of manufacturer warranty.
