Surge uk refund

I requested a refund on my surge due to it giving me a rash i was told that because I lived in the uk I had to send proof of destruction which I reluctantly did it has been about 7 weeks now and still no refund has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to get a refund please

A refund can be given if having the tracker less than 45 days from purchase and when purchased from Fitbit directly.

Other stores can have different policies regarding being able to get a refund..

Hi, I had the same problem and followed the same procedure. Did you get your refund in the end? I am 5 weeks in and still waiting 😞
