Surge unresponsive to sync

I have re-charged my Surge after a few months of non use and it does not sync the time and date....I have restarted several times and also shut down and reset my laptop??????

Have you tried with your mobile yet @Governor55 ?

Let us know if it is still communicating with your Surge (doesn't require the dongle be inserted to communicate like your laptop so we can narrow down the issue).

Come back and tell us what you've found...
