Surge will not sync

Since last Wed so one week ago. 

Surge will not sync on my samsung phone or my hp laptop using the dongle or a compaq laptop using a dongle??????

A warm welcome to the Forums @jeffnz. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend checking this post made by @HelenaFitbit in which you will find instructions to fix the syncing inconvenience you are having.
