Surge with one Green light issue

Hi, i am facing an issue with my Surge pls confirm whether it's settings issue or my surge is faulty?

out of 2 green flash lights one is not working sine morning, I've restarted my device ttwice but no still only one light is blinking..

So what to do now??

Hi, 

I've found this community very helpful, I just called on Fitbit help line number which was mentioned in community page.

The operator was very cooperative, he tried to fix my issue over the phone but could not succeed, he than asked me that they will issue me a replacement surge which I've received day before yesterday at my Friend home in USA, Nex month he will be visiting Pakistan & will handover me the replacement watch.

 

Thx for the community, will update on community once I will rec my tracker positively.
