My surge didn't want to sync on my mobile device (samsung s4). So I've tried doing every thing I could find online from people with similar problems but I've had no luck...and now I'm stuck at not being able to add my device back on to my fit bit app ...through mobile and pc. I could never get past " we found your surge" and the "cancel or restart bluetooth" . Sometimes it won't even pick up my surge which leads to "is your surge powered on? " . I've contacted support through the phone but they put me on hold after waiting for them to pick up for awhile. So I contacted them via email but that was no help either considering I've already tried it. Please HELP!
