Hi,

 

I've had several problems with my surge since I got it a few months ago and I cannot seem to stop the text notifications showing. I've turned off all notifications and it no longer virbrates when I receive one but it continues to show messages which are days old and have been deleted from my iphone.

I've contacted support in the past and tried everything from re-setting to completely deleting the app and re-loading it but nothing is working!

Any ideas??

 

Also, anyone know why has the fitbit live chat option has disappeared???

I'm afraid I can't help with the notifications problem but can say that the live chat option only appears on the contacts page when someone is available.

My boyfriend has had crappy customer service with Surge concerns. He wants to get notifications from phone but it's only working when he's 2-3 feet from phone not the 20 like Fitbit claims. He's gone through chat, emailed specialist. Now Fotbit wants him to contact them thru app. Really?? I think we're reaching bs level.
