Surge won't sync time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have recently traveled out West and when I returned home to the Eastern time zone I cannot get my surge time to change back.  I have followed all the instructions from previous posts regarding changing time zones with my ios device. I have charged it, and turned off the Surge.  I have synced it several times and it syncs steps but not time.  What else works?

In your iOS app, click on account, scroll down to Advanced, scroll down to time zone. If the "Set Automatically" is off, that may be the cause or you can set it manually right below that.

Good luck!

I already did that and it was auto set. It has not fixed it. Thank you though.

Does it show the correct time zone? I found that sometimes I had to manually change mine to the correct time zone (even though my phone did switch).
