Updated my phone (iPhone 5) to iOS yesterday. Everything worked fine until this evening. Now, my Surge won't sync with the app. I have tried restarting the app, turning bluetooth off and back on, restarting my phone, restarting the Surge, and uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. None of these have worked. It looks like it is syncing...the progress bar on the top of the screen moves about half way, but then it stops and the (( )) symbol above the battery indicator flashes gray. How do I get this to sync again?

How you doing my friend @page2171? Thanks for joining us to this family, hope you like what find here!
Thanks for the details in your post! It gave a good picture of what's wrong, it looks like the Fitbit App is the one that is not working properly. It's odd to see that is syncing but never confirms the information there. I really appreciate the feedback, comments like yours are the ones that help our team to improve the Fitbit App functionality.
Please try to force quite the App and log out/in too, restart "Bluetooth" and then try to force sync by tapping on "Account" (upper right corner) on the Fitbit App Dashboard, then tap on your "Surge" picture and find the option "Sync now" to force sync. Under Sync Now you will see the last time that it synced to confirm that it is connecting.
If you can sync your Surge with another compatible device just to confirm that it is not the one that is having issues, would be great! I'm very interested on keep assisting you!
I'll be around!
