Surge won’t vibrate for texts

My surge has stopped vibrating for incoming texts and in fact, doesn’t receive them at all. So I can not view texts on my watch. Phone calls still register and vibrate. So frustrating.

It sounds as if the Fitbit app may not be sending any notifications or their is a communication issue?

There is a do not disturb mode that will turn off the vibration but it doesn't stop the actual notification.

May I ask what type of phone your having issues with? Does it run iOS 13 and maybe the pink banner above will give an answer

Thanks for your response!!

I have the IphoneX. It is currently running iOS 13.3

I have deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I have deleted and re-connected my device to the app. Text Notifications are turned on in the app, on the watch, and on the iPhone.

It is so frustrating!

Your saying that your problem is related to the pink banner above and that undocumented changes made by apple have broken this feature for several companies.
