Ever since this update, my Surge won't sync with the android app and I tried with windows and its the same thing. I have tried all of the troubleshooting that I found and its the same. When I unpair it in my bluetooth, it will say "pairing rejected by surge." Please fix!

Thanks for trying those steps! It's odd you're getting that message since it usually is showed when you're trying to connect directly from the Bluetooth of the phone instead of going to the Fitbit App and try connect it from there, please confirm if you're doing so.

I would like to know which Windows phone your using. Also, check the requirements to proper sync with mobile devices. After doing so, please try the next steps to finally setup your Surge one more time before we check with Support your options:

  1. Restart your tracker and make sure that it is fully charged
  2. Reboot your phone and check that you phone and Fitbit App is up to date
  3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone and delete your Surge from there (forget device)
  4. Open Fitbit App > Account > Surge > Remove device (tap on the trash can in the upper right corner)
  5. Reboot your Bluetooth and double check that it is not connecting from there
  6. Force quite the App. Open it again Account > Set up a device

Hope this helps! Smiley Very Happy
